The purpose of this research is to investigate that does diversification have a huge impact on company performance or not,whether those impacts will lead organization to achieve a success outcome or failure.To accomplish this research aim,the researcher is going to explore S science and Education Group Co.,Ltd.This group is one of the large-scale group companies in China;it is integrating tobacco supporting industry,education industry,real setae industry,and import and export trade.From this study to seek out that whether diversifications do help the business maintain its long-term competitive advantages in the present and future development.These issues have theories and practical implications.This paper takes S Science and Education Group Corporation as an example by looking at the financial accounting data between years 2000 and 2016,from the data is to study the impact of the implementation of S Science Education Group’s diversification strategy on its corporate performance.Firstly,through time series analysis shows the impact of diversification degree of S Science and Education Group on its financial performance.Then,the research forces shift to cigarette printing enterprises,this company adopts diversified operations,as selected for horizontal comparison.First,profitability was based on financial indicators.To Comparing its diversified financial performances in terms of capabilities,solvency,operational capabilities,and growth capabilities,and then measuring the diversification of S Science Education Group Co.,Ltd.from the perspectives of resource utilization,R&D and innovation,risk diversification,and market expansion.The impact of financial performance through regression research,it is found that the degree of diversification of S Science and Education Group Corporation is negatively related to corporate financial performance.According to the horizontal comparison with Jingjia,it is found that S-Tech Group’s diversification does not result in better business performance.Therefore,in the future business process,S Science and Education Group Corporation should strengthen the development of its main business,cultivate its core competitiveness,treat it diligently and avoid blind investment.This paper is going through the discussion and research of the diversified operation of S Science Education Group Co.,Ltd.It can provide a reference basis for the future development and strategic formulation of S Science Education Group Corporation.As well as,it can give more objectively and rationally view diversity and avoid blindly diversified behaviors of companies,and it is similar.The diversified operation of the enterprise is of reference significance.
