With the rapid development of e-commerce,many manufacturers sell products directly to customers through electronic channel.Based on the research at home and abroad, from the perspective of game theory, this paper study the complex dynamic behavior of dynamic models in a dual channel supply chain by using the knowledge of game theory and chaos. The main contents are as follows:The first chapter mainly elaborates the research background, significance and research status of the game model in dual-channel supply chain. The second chapter mainly introduces some concepts and related theories, including supply chain overview, game theory and chaos theory. The third chapter establishes a Nash pricing strategy of dual channel supply chain considering service value. In the static pricing model, the influence of service cost parameters and channel parameters on profit, pricing and service value is analyzed. The dynamic pricing strategy is studied by using the method of bounded rational expectation.Through numerical simulation, the complex dynamic phenomena of the dynamic system are analyzed by using the bifurcation diagram and the largest Lyapunov exponent diagram. The results show that in the static model, the higher channel parameters are beneficial to the manufacturer, the retailer and the system supply chain. In the dynamic model, the higher adjustment parameter can make the system lose its stability, then appear period doubling bifurcation. The higher service cost parameter can make the long-term average profit reduced. The fourth chapter studies dynamic pricing strategies of a dual-channel supply chain in decentralized and centralized decision-making considering service value, and focus on the influence of service value on the decisions and the insight of complexity.Based on different expectations, the evolution of the system under the long-term price prediction mechanism is studied. From the comparison of two dynamic models,it is found that the overall profit under the centralized decision is better than that under the decentralized decision. In the decentralized decision, the system stability region first becomes smaller with service value increases, then becomes larger. In the centralized decision, the system stability region becomes smaller with service value increases. In order to achieve channel coordination,we put forward a two-part tariff contract. In the contract,we investigate the effect of service value on the fixed fee.In the fifth chapter,a dynamic pricing strategy of dual-channel closed loop supply chain with service value is proposed, and a recycling model dominated by the manufacturer is established. The evolution of the market recovery rate under the dynamic expectation is discussed. In addition, the chaotic phenomena of the system are effectively controlled by using the parameter adjustment adaptive control method. The results indicate that after adding control parameters to the system, the stable region of the equilibrium point is increased,so the chaotic state is delayed and the control effect is achieved. The sixth chapter summarizes the conclusions of this paper, and looks forward to the future research direction.
