Research On Financial Risk Assessment Of P2P Lending Platform In China

P2P Internet lending,as an important part of the Internet finance industry,has seen rapid development in China in recent years.In 2013,the explosive expansion of the platform began,and the industry's growth momentum was fast.After several years of development,the Internet lending industry has gradually become standardized,but platform chaos has occurred from time to time.The incidents such as platform closed and business suspension not only caused investors to suffer heavy losses,but also caused panic in online lending industry,which is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of P2 P network lending platforms and is not conducive to the social stability and harmonious.Through the use of literature research methods,comparative analysis methods,and questionnaire surveys,the existing capital risks,liquidity risks,asset quality risks,and profitability risks are analyzed.Those risks are subdivided into a number of indicators.The comprehensively evaluation system has been made to evaluates the financial risks of the P2 P network lending platform.This thesis starts from a micro perspective and analyzes the financial risks of the P2 P network lending platform.The study believes that asset quality risk is the most important financial risk faced by internet lending platforms,and then is the liquidity risk,capital risk and profitability risk.A quantitative and qualitative approach can be used to establish a set of evaluation systems for evaluating the financial risk of P2 P network lending platform.the platform can take sufficient guarantees of capital,reduce dispersion,strictly control overdue rates,and reduce costs and other ways to actively respond to financial risks.
