Statistics And Research Of Internet Money Market Funds Flow

In recent years,due to the improvement of computer technology and mobile Internet,the development speed of Internet financial products has been extremely rapid.Internet companies have come to the front of the innovation of financial products.The introduction of Yu'E Bao in 2013 has contributed to the impact of the whole industry,and the year of 2013 was also called "the First Year of Internet Finance Era." At present,the assets of Yu'E Bao have reached 1.58 trillion yuan,accounting for 23.5%of the total size of money market funds.Faced with such a huge volume of Internet financial products,how to understand the characteristics and influencing factors of its overall purchase and redemption flow,deal with possible liquidity risks,and put forward a reasonable solution is the concern of this essay.This paper chooses to use the sample published by Alibaba Cloud Platform,and based on the actual purchase and redemption transaction data of 30000 Yu'E Bao users from June 2012 to August 2014 by.By using data analysis methods such as drawing graphs,conducting R,Eviews,and SPSS,the paper analyzes characteristics of the purchase and redemption flows of Internet money market funds,and obtains the following conclusions:(1)The balance of account amount of Yu'E Bao has obvious characteristics of dispersion and diversity:geographically,the user groups are moving from the first-tier and second-tier cities to the third-tier and fourth-tier cities;in all age groups,the user's share of purchases after 70's is the highest,and the characteristics of fund floe are similar to the middle-aged group's behavior.(2)Both of the purchase and redemption flows fluctuate during special holidays,but tend to be stable in ordinary days;purchase and redemption flows are related,mainly due to the linkage of transaction scenarios for both types of operations;purchase flows are related to annualized rate of 7 days and the number of new users;redemption flows and daily average redemption rate are related to consumption festivals;(3)Comprehensive use of statistical tools,such as R,Eviews and SPSS,can be used to select out advanced ARIMA model applicable to the Yu'E Bao flow time series,and the predicted value obtained is similar to the real value.The forecasting model has certain reference value for the liquidity management of the Internet money market fund.
