The pharmaceutical industry is an industry with high technological and technological content,and it is closely related to the health and life of the people.With the rapid development of reform and opening up,the status of the pharmaceutical industry in China's national economy is increasingly important.Therefore,the healthy and orderly development of the pharmaceutical industry not only affects the lives of the people,but also affects the social stability and economic development.As an important form of existence of the pharmaceutical industry in China,the listed companies of pharmaceuticals can effectively reflect the situation and prospects of the entire pharmaceutical industry.The author found that in consulting relevant data,many companies in the pharmaceutical industry in China are willing to implement equity incentive policies for senior executives,and some companies implement higher equity incentive policies for senior executives.At present,scholars have more and more research on the influence of executive shareholdings on performance,and the research results vary with the industry.This article selects a specific company in the pharmaceutical industry to conduct research and conduct comparative analysis with the entire industry to provide relevant recommendations to improve company performance and improve relevant policies and regulations.This study first uses the literature analysis method to sort out domestic and foreign literature on the relationship between executive ownership and corporate performance,and defines related concepts and measurement methods,and summarizes related theories.Second,according to the purpose of this study,relevant variables were set up,which laid the foundation for the smooth development of the study.This article analyzes the situation of executives holding stocks during the data selection period of the case companies,and classifies senior executives according to their positions and responsibilities.Using empirical research methods,a relational model of the influence of executive ownership on company performance was constructed.On this basis,the changes in executive holdings are used as event nodes to investigate whether changes in executive holdings have an impact on company performance.After a series of inspections and analysis,we found that there is a negative correlation between the current executive shareholding(MSR)of Laimei Pharmaceuticals and the company's performance.When senior management's shareholding ratio is higher than the industry average,it has a negative correlation with company performance.relationship.In the study of Laimei Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,we found that the company's current executive ownership ratio is higher than that of other companies in the industry,and the current performance level of the case company is obviously lower than the industry average.In the study of company performance,we divided the company's performance into longterm performance and short-term performance,respectively,and the specific written ideas are presented in detail below.Corporate performance is affected by many factors.One of the factors is high-management stock ownership.Therefore,this article examines how the current executive shareholding policy of Laimei Pharmaceuticals influences corporate performance.
