"Enjoy" Should Be Ecological

Artificial intelligence involving in the service scenario of sharing cars brings innovative opportunities at the experience level,but causes serious challenges in society at the same time.In the face of the innovation of service context,based on the perspective of service design,the thesis discusses how to innovate experience design of sharing cars and iterate service ecosystem in the era of artificial intelligence.This thesis includes five parts.The first part introduces the concept and origin of service design and sharing cars,and expounds the connotation of service design of sharing cars,which includes experience layer and system layer.The second part analyses the current situation of sharing cars.The research methods include user survey,data analysis,field investigation etc.This part analyses systematically in user behavior,user requirement,experience process,contact point,pain point,innovative opportunities etc.and explain the limitations in inefficient sharing,closed-loop service,system capacity and service object.The third part analyses service experience optimization and service innovative strategy in the era of artificial intelligence from the perspective of experience layer.It also combines with the technical context and service design cases to figure out problems and limitations.At the same time,it explores the interactive relationship between people,vehicles and the city and how to create intellective contact points and reconstruct service scenario.The fourth part,on the contrary,analyses service system crisis of the sharing cars in the era of artificial intelligence and,under a broader social context,analyses systematic problems,such as sharing ethics,imbalance,rebound effect,destructive occupation,unemployment,privacy and crime.From the perspective of crisis design,this part also discusses how to improve service design system and the upper service system construction in infrastructure,rule,credit and policy.The last part,as a summary and outlook,proposed the idea of service ecosystem iteration to define service space,to visualize the elements in car-sharing service and to discuss the identity,capacity and value of service design participants.
