A Study On Asset Securitization Of Accounts Receivable And Its Effect

The first asset securitization products in 1968 after the release of the United States,countries around the world have followed suit,a short period of 40 years,asset securitization has been developed in the developed countries to flourish.China's asset securitization business started relatively late in the developed countries,the rst national bank to carry out the securitization of credit assets,CCB mortgage-backed securitization.This event marks a breakthrough in China's asset securitization.At present,the development of asset securitization in China is very fast.In 2015,it has developed to close to 600 billion,which is the total amount of asset securitization in the past nine years.Therefore,asset securitization has entered the next stage of rapid development in China.The research of this paper is mainly based on the case study of "Minmetals Development of Accounts Receivable Asset Support Special Plan" issued by Minmetals Development Co.,Ltd.(stock abbreviation:Minmetals Development).Through the analysis of enterprises to choose asset securitization as a means of financing the need.And then to the asset securitization to Minmetals development company to bring the financial impact of research,from the financial performance and stock prices to explore the two aspects.Hoping to provide some ideas and references for enterprises in China that need to carry out asset securitization of accounts receivable.This paper studies:This paper studies:1,asset securitization can be a certain extent to enhance the profitability of Minmetals Development Corporation,solvency,reduce the level of wind testing,while the company has a positive impact on stock prices.2,the issuance of asset securitization products for the Minmetals Development Corporation to broaden the financing channels,enhance asset liquidity,reduce financing costs,rich investment opportunities,and promote the development of the company provided the possibility.
