With the continuous development of China's economy,people's living standards have been significantly improved,people began to increase the quality of life and services,retail industry and people's lives are closely related,in service and experience has been given greater expectations.People's demand for retail is no longer just a commodity offering,but a shopping experience that provides better quality and more convenience.This social demand promotes the self renovation of retail industry.In addition,in recent years,with the rapid development of the electricity supplier,the retail industry under the line has been a huge impact,since 2015,the emergence of offline retail industry closed shop tide.On the other hand,with the gradual disappearance of online demographic dividend,the growth of online retail has begun to slow down,and online retailing needs new forms to promote self development,so as to break the existing bottleneck.Based on the concept of service design,this paper explores the new retail form based on the theory of service design,so as to optimize the user's shopping process and enhance the user's shopping experience.In the research method,this paper mainly through the user research to collect and analyze the user needs,so as to build the target user demand map,around the user demand map,based on the service related theory,explore the function to meet the demand.And the function of the analysis,combined with the status quo,select the research on the demand breakthrough point and end point,and finally,based on the function,designed to meet the function of the new retail system form.In the article structure,the first chapter of this paper is the introduction,and introduces the background and significance of this paper.The second chapter is the research of service design and new retail theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.The third chapter is to explore the theory of service applied to the new retail design,so as to better guide the new retail design.The fourth chapter is the selection and construction of the new retail model,through the analysis of the existing new retail mode,combined with the current background environment,build the new retail model of this topic research.The fifth chapter is the design practice,the sixth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect.
