The Model And Comparative Study Of Supply Chain Finance

In the process of China's economic and social development in SMEs play an important role,but the SMEs have been difficult to get loans from financial institutions,the shortage of funds has restricted the development of SMEs become the bottleneck and the stability of supply chain operation risk.In the market demand and policy driven,especially in 2007,"property law" after the introduction of the property and accounts receivable can be effective collateral,the rapid development of the supply chain finance.Supply chain finance to break the traditional financial institutions only for the financing of the main concern to health concern of the whole supply chain,will extend the good credit of the core enterprise in supply chain of small and medium-sized enterprises,to provide new financing channels for the financing of small and medium sized enterprises.First of all,this paper expounds the basic theories,concepts and models of supply chain finance,and combined with the electronic manufacturing industry supply chain,using case study method,the company's key through two sets of financial supply chain financing mode,inventory financing mode and account receivable pledge financing are analyzed;on the basis of,using the comparative research method,four aspects of the supply chain,suppliers,the main risk points and supervision from the capital,the two models were compared and analyzed.In theory,this study contributes to a profound understanding of the essence and the operation mode of supply chain finance;in practice,through in-depth analysis of supply chain finance mode and process,to solve the problems of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of supply chain.
