In recent years,with the rapidly sustainable growth of economy,many state-owned household appliance enterprises are more and more prominent and have a position in the international.Household appliance,which is essential in life,is developing all the time leading to intense competition in the industry.This indicates the industry of household appliance,especially the air-conditioning industry,has the space to develop.Under the background of international trade and economic globalization,enterprises in our country are going into broad global market and welcoming unlimited business opportunities,meanwhile they are under great pressure of competition.It has been a prior issue of survival and development of appliance enterprises that how to transform development patterns to adapt to the development and competition among domestic and international markets and how to formulate market-leading strategy.The biggest characteristic of Harvard analytical framework is on the perspective of strategic decision to analyze the enterprises' financial health,which brings the managers' focus from business performance to enterprises' sustainable development.On the base of the framework,this thesis chooses Gree Electric Appliances Company as an example and analyzes its financial statements from 2012 to 2014.At strategic level,the thesis is on the perspective of the whole industry to understand the Gree's financial health and business results to find out dilemma the company faced.Moreover,the thesis is in the view of management,analyzing Gree's past and present management situations,in order to provide supports and strategic implementing suggestions for management decisions of enterprises.
