Recent years,with the continuous development of national economy,the social wealth and resident income increase.Based on asset preservation and appreciation,people's need of finance product increases,too.Facing such fierce competition,all commercial banks manage to explore new profit growth areas and actively promote the rapid development of personal finance services.This essay takes the personal finance business of Bank of Luoyang as the research object based on this background.Meeting customer needs,coping with market competition and making sure the long-term and steady development all request Bank of Luoyang to strive to develop the personal finance services.Formerly known as an urban commercial bank,though Bank of Luoyang already has achieved fast development in personal finance services,it also meets a lot of problems,such as the simple product design,the inefficient maintenance of customer,the backward internal management system and the lack of professional employee,which are quite generally found in domestic small and medium-sized banks.This essay deeply analyses the present problems of Bank of Luoyang,and finds out the main reasons are the lack of relevant legal system,the incomplete finance market,the unthorough concept of customer service and the low comprehensive operational capability of small and medium-sized banks.After learning the experience of personal finance service of banks at home and abroad,this essay believes the key to the rapid and steady development of the commercial bank's personal finance service is to explore the product innovation,to introduce the advanced marketing concept,to pay attention to fine management of customer and to bring in the new technology.So,this essay gives constructive suggestions on personal finance service of Bank of Luoyang,and the suggestions are as follows.First of all,this essay suggests the Bank of Luoyang to enrich the product and strengthen product innovation by carrying through the customer-centric idea,varying the products basing on the actual situation and introducing new technology to lead the product innovation.Secondly,this essay suggests the Bank of Luoyang to optimize customer service and improve sale system by setting up fine customer management system,digging up the customer needs and building unique brand to upgrade the sale system.Thirdly,the essay suggests the Bank of Luoyang to improve the inner management by perfecting the business management pattern and performance assessing methods,integrating the inner resource,strengthening the inner risk control,promoting the transformation of the big retail strategy and establishing a professional team as soon as possible.Last but not least,this essay suggests the Bank of Luoyang to pay attention to the outside supervision by perfecting the personal finance legal system and strengthening the supervision and self-discipline to promote the construction of a harmonious and honest market.
