Research On The Problem And Countermeasure Of Fishermen Change In Production And Industry Of Wanshan District In Zhuhai

Marine fishery is the advantage industry and traditional pillar industry of Zhuhai Wanshan Marine Development Experimental Zone,of which the development concerns numerous islands’ long-term stability of society and the rapid development of economy.In recent years,due to the situation of overfishing,marine environmental pollution,adjustments of relevant policies and other factors,fishery resources of Wanshan are declining and economic income of fishermen are also declining gradually.Under such a situation,it is urgent to speed up the industrial transformation of fishery industry and improve the production and living conditions of fishermen.This paper mainly uses investigation method,comparative research methods,literature research method.First of all,this paper demonstrates an overview of the basic situation of the area of Zhuhai Wanshan marine development.Based on the background of fishermen’s industrial transformation of fishery industry,we can figure out that this kind of transformation is the inevitable tendency of the grim situation of marine fishery.Secondly,considering Zhuhai Wanshan fishermen’s characteristics,the situation of traditional fishery industry and Zhuhai Wanshan’s development and policy implementation status,fishermen are facing problems and difficulties.Thirdly,the successful experiences of industrial transformation of fishery industry in Zhejiang Zhoushan and Fujian Xiamen have been used for reference,including the routes for fishermen to change their jobs and the main measures for the government to promote the transformation of fishery industry.Lastly,according to Island fishery industry’s actual development,from the perspective of the individual fishermen,industry developing,Government’s guiding,this paper aims to provide policy measures and practical guidance and to promote the area in the future for the island fishermen and the process of their job role.
