Research On Economic Variables Of Construction Industry In Northeast China Based On Data Mining Technology

As the old industrial base in China,northeast provinces are under increasing downward pressure on the economy,due to the constraints of institutional mechanisms."Opinions on Revitalizing the Old Industrial Bases in Northeastern Region" issued by the central government on April 2016,talking about "technological innovation,technological progress and structural adjustment" is another major move made by new leaders under the background that the revitalization of the northeast economy became the new normal since the revitalization of northeast old industrial base was proposed in 2003.Construction industry as a pillar industry of our country,plays an important role in the development of the national economy.It can promote the economic development of the whole country as well as create employment opportunities for people,improve the people's living standard and improve people's quality of life.However,the development of the construction industry in the three northeastern provinces,in addition to the construction industry in Liaoning Province,Heilongjiang Province,Jilin Province,the construction industry did not play a pillar industry role in the construction industry.In addition,we are now in the era of large data,data analysis and processing is an important means of access to industry information.Therefore,using the data mining technology to obtain the development trend of the three northeastern provinces,forecast the development direction of the construction industry,not only make the construction industry play a strong role in economic drawing,but also is a must for the efficiency of implementation of policy on developing the northeast region.This paper analyzes the economic variables of the construction industry by analyzing the internal and external factors that affect the development of the construction industry,and comprehensively reflects the development of the construction industry in the three northeastern provinces by integrating macroeconomic variables,financial variables and data indicators affecting the construction industry.The clustering algorithm is used to classify the economic variables of the construction industry,and then the stability of the economic variables of the construction industry is studied.The ARIMA model is used to forecast the economic variables of the construction industry.The results show that the development trend of construction industry in Heilongjiang Province and Liaoning Province is relatively stable,and the development of Jilin Province is more volatile,but the unreasonable industrial structure,the uneveness of allocation of resources and the low technological level are the main problems in the construction of the three northeastern provinces.Finally,put forward rationalization proposals for the different provinces of the construction industry in different situations.Through the study on prediction of the economic variables of the construction industry in the three northeastern provinces,the development trend of the construction industry in the three northeastern provinces and the main problems in the development process are obtained,which is of great significance to the pillar industry of the construction industry and to the revitalization of the northeastern region.
