The fresh food e-commerce under the O2 O environment has been experienced more than 10 years of rapid development in China.Its huge market potential make people pay more and more attention to this kind of business model.However,as a new consumption model,there are still some problems needed to be solved,especially the problem of purchase decision.How companies make the optimal purchase decision considering fresh food deterioration rate? What will influence the change of price and cost have on the decision-making? All these problems will have the influence on the operating effect.So we need to find a scientific method to help the enterprises make the purchase decision quickly and efficiently.Using literature research,generalization method,hypothesis test and contrast analysis,this paper did a research about purchase model of fresh food e-commerce under the O2 O environment.First,this paper elaborate the characteristics of the fresh food e-commerce.And based on this,the paper summarized the research situation of this topic.Next,choosing a company as a representative,this paper elaborate the internal resources and purchasing process of a company and find the problems of the purchase in the process.Then,based on the A company's current purchasing model analysis,this paper extract factors about purchase quantity and set random variables to describe the food deterioration rate to build the profit model under different situation.With the constraint solving of the profit model,this paper got the maximum profit of fresh food e-commerce under the O2 O environment.Finally,this paper collected related parameters within A company to optimize the strawberry case study and did a sensitivity analysis about the factors of optimal purchase quantity to find the relationship of these factors of the final outcome.Based on these,this paper provided an optimum proposal for A company to make the purchase decision and made a contribution to the purchase decision process for enterprises in China.
