The 19 th CPC National Congress points out that the main social contradiction in our country has been transformed into the contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development. The imbalance in agricultural development is manifested in the absolute surplus of the total supply of agricultural products and the insufficient production capacity of high-end products, which can not meet the increasing consumption demand of residents. Therefore, the government has formulated a variety of policies to encourage farmers to produce high-quality green agricultural products represented by geographical indications. The present situation of the production and management of China’s geographical indication industry is as follows: Firstly, farmers spend a lot of time and effort on production, but their returns are low, however, companies can make high profits only by processing, packaging and distribution.Secondly, the characteristic resources to produce geographical indication products are limited. In some areas, companies have leased a large number of resources for production and distribution activities by virtue of their capital advantages, while farmers lack the geographical resources to earn a living, which causes that the income growth of farmers is very slow.Under the influence of climate and environment, the yield of agricultural products with geographical indication fluctuates greatly. Therefore, constructing a fair and reasonable profit distribution model of supply chain on the basis of resource leasing and random output has great practical significance for ensuring the increase of farmers’ income and the sustainable development of geographical indication agricultural products industry. In this paper, two kinds of double-channel supply chain models, which are called distribution type and production type, are constructed according to the current situation of agricultural products industry with geographical indication. Then benefits of the whole supply chain and the supply chain members under centralized and decentralized decision-making model are studied. We propose a mechanism of cooperation and income distribution between members according to the Nash negotiation foundation model. We find that:1)All participants in the distribution-supply-chain benefit from lower rental cost.In production-supply-chain,the decline of farmer’s rental cost is beneficial to both the company and the farmer, but the decline of the company’s rental cost is only beneficial to the company itself.2)In distribution-supply-chain and production-supply-chain,the increase of output randomness is beneficial to the company and disadvantageous to the farmer. What’s more, the decision of the base is not affected by output randomness in production-supply-chain.3)After Nash negotiation, the increase of output randomness will reduce the income allocated to the farmer and increase the income allocated to the company. Then we consider farmers’ fair preference and analyse the operation of supply chain under the fair preference.Considering the strength difference between the company and the farmer, the Nash fair negotiation model about income distribution is constructed. We find that:1)The farmer’s fairness preference increases his expected income in decentralized decisionmaking model and the profit allocated to him after Nash fair negotiation.2)When the farmer’s fairness preference increases, his utility increases in distribution-supply-chain but decreases in production-supply-chain after income distribution.3)With the increase of the farmer’s bargaining power,he owns higher profit and utility after Nash fair negotiation.
