With the arrival of the new normal of China's economy,enterprises attach more and more importance to human resources,and human resources have become the key factors for the survival and development of enterprises.The competition of enterprises is the competition of talents.The success of enterprises is ultimately the success of human resource development.Therefore,for enterprises,how to retain talent,develop talents and maximize human effectiveness is a problem for all managers!In addition,with the intensification of enterprise competition,and enterprise employees' personal development needs,the flow of human resources are kept moderate,also from another aspect to promote enterprise human resources management of change and development of the enterprise;But excessive human resource flows can also harm the normal operation of enterprises,and also affect social stability.On December 11.2016,51 job has released 2016 China enterprise survey employee turnover rate(hereinafter referred to as "report"),the report according to the nature of the ownership of enterprises could be divided into four categories,Chinese companies are "private","joint venture","foreign enterprises","state",their annual employee turnover rate were 32.5%,17.8%,15.6% and 17.8% respectively.At the same time,the report from the industry,working years,job category,such as several dimensions detailed analyses the reasons of the excessively high turnover,it is for this article from the perspective of job category analysis-especially different job turnover rate-provides an opportunity to sales staff turnover rate.In an open market economy environment,marketing ability and product form has already become the core competitiveness of enterprises,and therefore there is no doubt that sales and r&d talents become the object of enterprise compete to "dig".The turnover rate of sales staff has remained a high proportion.In this thesis,the Star Company type company sales employees as the research object,analyzing the characteristics of the Star Company of sales staff,sum up out of the last two years sales class the influence factors of abnormal high employee turnover rate,combining the analysis model,the use of common turnover rate targeted put forward the strategy to solve the problem of sales class high staff turnover rate,at the same time,also for other similar enterprises of the same type problems provide some useful reference.First of all,to the Star Company company sales staff turnover behavior as the research object,through a lot of refer to the related literature at home and abroad,and combining with the characteristics of Star Company and sales staff,summarizes the key factors influencing the separation rate,designed for Star Company company sales staff turnover questionnaire,with the tools of empirical analysis to test the reliability and validity of questionnaire.Secondly,through the results of the questionnaire,we know the status of the turnover of the sales staff of Star Company company,and further reveal the reasons for influencing the turnover rate of the sales staff,as well as the correlation between the reasons.Finally,it provides improvement Suggestions for Star Company company human resource management,and puts forward countermeasures for the high turnover rate of sales staff.And provide a reasonable analysis method and theoretical basis for similar problems of other similar enterprises.
