Research For The Platform Of Knowledge Management And Public Service Of Drug Inspection

Drug inspection is a signifigant element of national drug supervision system.The tenet of drug inspection is to protect the safty of drug production,and maintain the health of people.National and provicianl drug inspectorates are responsible for the drug inspection,they make certification and inspection for the institute of drug reserch,the pharmaceutical industry and distribution company.The quality of drug inspection and ablity of drug inspectorate show the effect of national drug supervision system.Drug inspectorates are public service organiaztion,the work of drug inspcetion is the public production they offered,and to make assurance of drug quality is their public interest.Now knowledge management make a non-substitutive role in every field,also in the field of drug inspection.Because of no top design of drug inspection systems,the information and data can not be shared across different systems,that also restrict effective utilization of the knowledge of drug inspection.This paper make reserch on how to use method of knowledge management from drug inspection,analyze the collection,classification and application of drug inspection,and also discuss how to develope the platform of drug inspection knowledg managemen and public service.This paper introduce the theory and method of knowledge management,gives a study of transfer implicit knowledge to explicit knowledge.By comparing drug inspection work mode of the domestic and foreign contries,to seek the advanced experience and methods.The example,this paper mainly use,is from national drug inspectorate(Center for Food and Drug Inspection,China Food and Drug Administration).Analyze how the knowledge is generated in the process of drug Good Manufacturing Practice inspection(GMP inspection),and how to use the knowledge management to improve the ability of public service.This paper suppose a basic structure of platform of drug inspection knowledg managemen and public service,and describes the main function of the platform.Hope that through the development of platform to improve the efficiency of drug inspection,and ensure the safety and effective of drug.
