| China’s successful accession to the WTO for more than ten years,with the acceleration of the process of global economic integration and the rapid development of China’s national economy,labor costs continue to increase,the market competition is further intense.Domestic enterprises to automation,information technology transformation and upgrading of the urgent need for industrial control automation industry has brought great opportunities for development,but also put forward higher requirements.In the fierce market competition environment,if enterprises want to survive and develop,it is necessary to continue to open new products with technology innovation,market competitiveness,thus gaining competitive advantage.However,many problems encountered in the new product development activities will seriously affect the ability and efficiency of new product development,which puts forward higher requirements for the new product development and management level.XC company is a small industrial high-tech enterprises,mainly engaged in the research and development,production and sales of various types of industrial control data acquisition card.This paper takes the XC company as the research object,through the research of XC company’s data acquisition card new product development management status,pointed out the current problems in the management of new product development,and find out the reasons.Last,based on the new product development management theory,based on the existing enterprise actual situation and market needs,determine the XC company future data acquisition card strategy oriented new product development,and put forward the corresponding strategy to improve the problems of existing new product development process and human resource management. |
