Study On IDC Service Forecast And Construction Scheme Of Telecom Base Project

With the development of new services and technologies such as the Internet,mobile Internet,cloud computing and Internet of Things,the rapid rise and widespread application of Internet Data Center(IDC)has spawned a new industry pattern,created strong market demand and brought many new business opportunities to traditional communication operators.In order to fulfill the requirements of Shaanxi Provincial Government on "deepening the building of a smart Shaanxi Province and keeping the province's information level at the forefront of the whole country," China Telecom closely followed the demand for information in Shaanxi,further increased investment in Shaanxi and planned the construction of the Shaanxi Branch of China Telecom Salty IDC base project to promote the economic development of Shaanxi and the application of information,which is of great strategic significance for the development of China Telecom Shaanxi companies.This dissertation focuses on the Xi Xian IDC business forecasting and base construction project in Shaanxi company,giving research on construction standard,planning,project and equipment allocation planning,as well as investment estimation and economic benefit analysis.The main research work and achievements of this paper are as follows:First of all,according to the construction requirements of China Telecom Shaanxi Xi Xian IDC base project and the construction principle and the index requirements,the authorspecifies the planning project of Xi Xian IDC base in Shaanxi Telecom of China by considering of the aspects of safety,reliability,practicability and advancement.Secondly,the author analyzes the current situation and trend of the IDC industry in the world and in China,predicts the IDC business needs of the company in Shaanxi,and designs the construction plan of the first phase of the IDC base project,including the general plan of the base,functional zoning,traffic organization,spatial form,landscape design and Park pipe network planning,etc.,and the high and low voltage power distribution system,diesel generator system,uninterruptible power supply systems and other equipment were planned and configured.Finally,the author carries out the investment estimation and economic benefit analysis of the project.The results show that the first phase of IDC base project meets the demand of IDC business development of Shaanxi company,improves the competitiveness and market response speed of Shaanxi Telecom of Shaanxi Telecom,and can better solve the related problems caused by resource exhaustion of IDC data business office in Shaanxi Province problem.In addition,according to technical demonstration and economic evaluation indicators,the designed project construction scheme is technically and economically viable,providing guidance on the implementation of construction projects and on the construction and implementation of civil engineering in other provinces' Internet data center.
