Organizational process assets can effectively improve the project management capabilities and operational competitiveness of project-oriented enterprises.Therefore,it is self-evident that organizational process assets is of great importance to project-oriented enterprises.In the face of increasingly competitive and changing market economic environment,project-oriented enterprises need to learn from other corporations.Organizational process assets learning can provide convenience and guidance for the development of new projects,make them find their limitations and comprehensively improve project management capabilities.Project-oriented enterprises mainly use field research methods,qualitative analysis methods,etc.to complete organizational process assets learning.The sources of data are single,and the amount of data is small,resulting in low efficiency,high cost,and unsatisfactory results.Today's research hotspot is that the use of fast,efficient,low-cost way to store,calculate the ever-growing mass of data,and dig out useful information from it.Hadoop platform is an open source cloud computing platform based on java language.It uses the distributed file system HDFS and distributed programming model MapReduce to realize the storage and calculation of massive data.First of all,this article analyzes the status quo and problems of organizational process assets learning in project-oriented enterprises,proposes an organizational process assets learning framework in according with the characteristics of Hadoop platform;fully discusses the explanation of each step and the contact between steps,by expanding the scope of data collection,subdivided organizational process assets learning requirements,optimizing data analysis methods,to achieve the goals of completing organizational process assets learning efficiently and dynamically.Secondly,this article introduces the content and sources of enterprise,project,and organizational process assets data collection in according with the characteristics of organizational process assets learning,uses network data collection methods to achieve targeted and accurate massive data collection;come up with some suggestions about the steps of word segmentation in according with the process of textual information processing,uses collaborative filtering algorithms and benchmarking ideas for data mining and analysis;Finally,through the case study of organizational process assets learning in a prefabricated construction enterprise,we will elaborate the procedure of organizational process assets learning and related tools,verfy the practicality and reliability of organizational process assets learning in project-oriented enterprises based on Hadoop platform,and compare the results with field investigations.This paper proposes an organizational process assets learning framework based on Hadoop platform.It replaces a large number of manual operations with computer operations to solve the practical problems of organization process assets learning in project-oriented enterprises;at the same time,it optimizes the data analysis steps and methods to improve the effect and efficiency of organizational process assets learning.This paper provides corresponding reference and guidance for actual organizational process assets learning in project-oriented enterprises,and provides a broader perspective for other issues of business management,and has profound theoretical and practical significance.
