| With the continuous growth of the world population,the aging of the population and the continuous improvement of the medical system of various countries,the global pharmaceutical industry is developing rapidly,and the scale of the global pharmaceutical market is expanding.With the continuous development of the pharmaceutical industry and major pharmaceutical companies,pharmaceutical companies are facing more and more complex business processes,customer mining and maintenance costs,sales costs are becoming higher and higher.Driven by these problems,more and more pharmaceutical enterprises use CRM system,because CRM system can effectively help enterprises manage customers,sales,markets and services.As a listed central enterprise,CR Sanjiu has implemented the CRM system,but with the continuous development of the business of CR Sanjiu,the application of the CRM system of CR Sanjiu can no longer keep up with the development of business.It’s hard for salespeople to use the system to improve their productivity.Therefore,for CR Sanjiu company,the optimization of CR Sanjiu company CRM system application,has been imminent.Starting from the daily application of customer relationship management in CR Sanjiu,this paper applies the theory of Customer Relationship Management,the theory of Business Process Reengineering,the theory of Enterprise Information and the theory of Project Management.In this paper,the application status of CRM system in CR Sanjiu is studied,and the optimization scheme is put forward in view of its application problems.This paper first introduces the current business process and existing problems of customer relationship management in CR Sanjiu.,and the current situation and existing problems of CRM system application in CR Sanjiu.Then through "interview method" and "system analysis",the application of CRM system in CR Sanjiu is analyzed in all directions,including customer relationship management business process analysis,CRM system function analysis and CRM system implementation analysis.Then from the point of view of the construction and application of CRM system of CR Sanjiu,combines the development strategy of CR Sanjiu and draws lessons from the successful implementation experience of domestic and foreign pharmaceutical industry CRM system.From the aspects of business process reengineering,CRM system function optimization and CRM system implementation,this paper puts forward a set of CRM system optimization solution which is more suitable for CR Sanjiu.Finally,this paper briefly describes the CRM system optimization program of CR Sanjiu in the implementation of the landing process may meet problems,and put forward control measures for these problems.Through the research on the application of CRM system in CR Sanjiu,on the one hand,this paper will help to improve the application of CRM system in CR Sanjiu,and make it more optimized and more practical.In order to improve the operational efficiency,reduce to operating costs,increase sales and profits,on the other hand for other pharmaceutical enterprises to implement the CRM system to provide some reference and new ideas. |
