With the development of information networks,new forms of communication have begun to emerge,and new types of social networks have emerged.This paper mainly studies the impact of new types of social networks on management performance.The analysis of its relationship with management performance from the perspective of a new social network structure is of great significance to the development of the company.This paper uses literature,questionnaires,and empirical research methods to study the relationship between managers' new social network structure,effect,characteristics,and management performance.Based on the analysis of related documents,it uses the authoritative and widely used methods.Based on the questionnaires quoted and combined with the actual research,a total of 28 questions on the social network questionnaires of enterprise managers and a total of 23 questions on management performance questionnaires were developed.Taking 334 middle managers in the modern service industry as the research object,the surveyed industries mainly include the financial industry,real estate,accommodation and catering,retailing,education,and information industries.The results of the survey showed that:1.There are 6 new social networks for management personnel,namely entity close relatives,entity friends,virtual relatives,virtual friends,virtual colleagues,and physical colleagues.2.The managerial performance of managers includes: interpersonal promotion,work dedication,task innovation,and task efficiency.Interpersonal promotion and work dedication can be classified as relational performance.Task innovation and task efficiency can be classified as task performance.3.The use of new social networks by management personnel increased frequency of contact with relatives,friends and colleagues.4.In terms of academic differences,undergraduate and below entity friends network is stronger than graduate students and above,and postgraduate and above virtual parent networks are stronger than undergraduates and below,and those with academic qualifications or below are more likely to be stronger than graduate students.And the network of physical managers with academic qualifications above graduate students should be stronger than those of undergraduates and undergraduates;In terms of age differences,entity friends network aged over 45 and entity managers' networks should be stronger than those aged 45 and below.The research in this paper shows that: 1.Entity Friend Network,Virtual Family Network,Virtual Friend Network and Entity Colleague Network have significant positive influence on interpersonal promotion;Entity Friend Network,Virtual Family Network,Virtual Friend Network,Virtual Colleague Network There is a significant positive impact on the dedication of work with the Entity Colleague Network;2.Entity Friend Network,Virtual Family Network,Virtual Friend Network,and Entity Colleague Network have a significant role in promoting relationship performance.3.Entity's family-friendly network,entity friend network,virtual family network,and entity colleague network have a positive effect on task innovation;virtual family-friendly networks and virtual co-workers' networks have a significant positive effect on task efficiency.4.The entity's family network,entity friends network,virtual family network,virtual friend network,and entity colleague network have a significant role in promoting task performance.5.The entity friends network,virtual family network,virtual friend network,and entity colleague network have a significant positive promotion effect on overall management performance.According to the characteristics of managers' new social networks and their analysis results,the following suggestions are proposed to improve management performance: 1.Maintaining good social network types: Maintaining network of relatives,friends,and colleagues to improve management performance development;Exploring and establishing new social networks and strengthening communication and contacts.2.Actively guide and use the virtual social network of managers to promote their role.3.Optimize and improve new social networks based on the characteristics of managers' networks.
