Today's society is an era full of opportunities and challenges,and it is a time for the survival of the fittest and the fierce competition of human resources.For enterprises,how to acquire talents,retain talents and make good use of talents and maximize the benefits of human resources has become a key factor for enterprises to maintain lasting competitiveness.Therefore,the position of human resource management in the daily scientific management of enterprises is increasingly prominent,and more and more attention has been paid to it.As the core of human resource management,incentive management plays a more critical role in the development and utilization of human resources.PA is the first comprehensive insurance company in China that integrates insurance,securities,trust,banking,asset management,enterprise annuity and other diversified financial businesses.The PA life-insurance company,which is studied in this article,is its branch in Ji'nan.PA life insurance Ji'nan branch has eight branches,namely Ji'nan,Tai'an,Jining,the Liaocheng,Dezhou,Heze,Zaozhuang,Laiwu,has a total of more than 26000 insurance agent,the annual premium income of more than five billion yuan,is one of the life insurance in Ji'nan leader.But with the rapid development of the insurance industry in recent years,the industry competition is gradually increased,with the inter industry competition gradually increased,frequent job hopping has become paid poaching,insurance agents are normal,this is the case in PA life insurance Ji'nan branch is also more common,which will affect the development of the company.Therefore,through in-depth study of the incentive theory,combined with the PA life insurance Ji'nan branch of insurance agent incentive status,optimize the existing insurance agent incentive system,give full play to the advantages of human resources,improve the company's management level and performance level,to provide protection for the development of the company's next step growth.The study is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction,which expounds the background and significance of the topic,the purpose and method of the research,the technical route and the innovation point of the thesis.The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts,and the concept and incentive theory of insurance agents are studied in detail,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study.The third part is the general situation and classification of PA company agents,including the status quo of PA company,classification of agents,and analysis of the existing management mode of agents.The fourth part is the analysis of the current status of the agent incentive system of PA company.According to the status quo of the agent incentive system of the company PA company,this paper analyzes the problems and the reasons for the existing problems in the incentive system of the agent of PA company.The fifth part is the optimization design of the incentive system of PA company.On the basis of defining the objective of the optimization design of the agent incentive system,the optimization scheme of the agent incentive system is put forward,including the optimization of commission incentive system,the optimization of the performance management system,the establishment of the occupational management system,and the establishment of the credit evaluation of the company's insurance agents.The evaluation system and relevant safeguard measures.The sixth part is the conclusion of the paper.
