| Iron and steel industry is the cornerstone of the country,is an important basic industry of the national economy,and plays an important role in each five-year development plan of the country.At present,the whole steel industry is in a relatively long period of adjustment,the steel industry has entered into a continuous process of production reduction and restructuring,the old development model is more difficult to continue,reform and innovation become the key to solve the development problems.Specifically,at present,the economic growth rate of the iron and steel industry has slowed down somewhat,the mode of development has changed from extensive growth of scale and speed to intensive growth of quality and efficiency,and the development structure has changed from incremental expansion to adjustment of stock,so as to adjust the depth of the coexistence of superior and incremental.Technological progress and innovation are increasingly becoming the main drivers of growth.A series of adjustments have pushed forward profound changes in the entire steel industry.Under the new situation,the iron and steel industry in our country will be in the state of low consumption growth,low steel price,low enterprise benefit,high pressure of environmental protection and safety fund,the trend of enterprise polarization is increasing,and the speed of survival of the fittest will be accelerated.In order for iron and steel enterprises to actively adapt to the new normal and upgrade their level of development,they must attach importance to the management of working capital and good management of working capital.On the one hand,they can ensure the expenditure necessary for enterprises’ daily activities.On the other hand,we can continuously reduce the holding cost of working capital through efficient utilization of funds,and achieve the goal of improving the overall profitability of enterprises.Compared with competitors in the same industry,enterprises will be more competitive.The management of working capital is not only related to the development of enterprises,but also to the survival of enterprises.Because of the large amount of capital and low profit margin,the risk of iron and steel enterprises is relatively large.Compared with other types of enterprises,the effective management of working capital of iron and steel enterprises is more important.This paper selects 15 listed iron and steel enterprises which belong to the top 500 enterprises of China in 2015-2016 by using the classification of Sina Finance and Economics,and applies two kinds of working capital management analysis methods,namely,factor analysis method and channel analysis method.Calculate the T enterprise performance evaluation index and industry comparison data.On this basis,the paper analyzes the current situation of T enterprise’s working capital management,and draws the conclusion that the working capital management strategy is radical and the working capital management efficiency needs to be improved.In view of the influence of T enterprise has exposed the problem of the performance of working capital management,putforward the following countermeasures: strengthen the management of risk awareness,good choice of working capital strategy;the two is to strengthen the management of accounts receivable accounts receivable turnover,improve efficiency;three to optimize the company’s procurement,production,sales of the channel structure,channel improvement the relationship,improve the efficiency of working capital management.It is hoped that through various improvements,it will reduce its financial risk,enhance its profitability,and help enterprises to make the transformation and upgrading. |
