Research On Performance Evaluation Of Coal State-Owned Enterprises Based On EVA

The coal industry faces the problems of production capacity,innovation and transformation under the influence of the state supply-side policy and the driving force of global economic development.It is not feasible to promote the enterprise development by evaluating the enterprise value through the past method that major in accounting profit.Therefore,adopt a more scientific evaluation system,make the enterprise owners and operators understand enterprise in a new way and promote change the way of operating enterprise,which will improve the development of enterprises greatly.EVA performance evaluation system is a way that take economic value added as a standard to measure the development of the enterprise,making the shareholders,managers and other main body better understand the enterprise,to adopt more effective way to promote enterprise transformation and value enhancement.This article points out the severs problems that existing performance evaluation of the current coal enterprise through selects the same coal group as the research object,which conclude the distortion of the accounting profits,the cost of equity capital to ignore and the lack of long-term interests etc.This paper introduces the calculation of EVA of the coal group in detail,draw a conclusion rely the result,it is better way to improve their own EVA effectively and create greater wealth for shareholders through increasing assets operation efficiency,saving capital and increase investment in research and innovation,developing the core of business management and so on.In this paper,comparison analytic method with the coal group of financial indicators and the coal industry on the basis of reviewing the related literature at home and abroad,that include debt paying ability,operation ability,profitability,etc;Calculate the EVA value of coal group in details through taking the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods by using the regression analysis method in SPSS software.This paper puts forward the suggestion of improving the performance of coal group,laying the foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprise and realizing the maximization of enterprise value by comparing the results with the traditional performance evaluation index.
