| In recent years,international oil prices have been volatile and have a huge impact on energy security and oil companies.Countries around the world are guaranteeing domestic oil supplies to prevent international oil price volatility from ensuring domestic oil safety.Countries came out a lot of oil reserve strategies.But in China,the oil reserve system falls behind.Oil reserves are far below international levels national energy security can not be guaranteed.And the return on energy efficiency is low.Now China faces an awkward situation that a country rely on import crude oil but does not have enough space to import the oil.The north-east company is a trade branch company of Petrochina in North China.It has the international trades in crude oil,gasoline,petrochemical products and technology equipment in northern regions.Because of the lack of the corresponding oil inventory management mechanism.The company has a high cost of operating costs and lower profits.This thesis combine the theory and practice with the theory of inventory management,location,and strategic decision making.Also with the PEST analysis,Michael Porter’s Five Forces and SWOT strategy analysis to analyze the environment and industry competition of the north east company.And at last comes out the SO strategy to guarantee the safety of the energy and propose a sustainable development the company must build up a inventory system.Supply chain inventory management model meets the current needs of the Northeast inventory management.It can reduce inventory cost,improve the service level of the company.With the theory of vender managed inventory and safety inventory,the thesis suggests the method to build up a framework for the company oil inventory system,which can ensure national energy security and the development of enterprise trade.The thesis is based on the actual perspective of the company’s management operations,with a strong feasibility and a trend in the development of crude oil and international trade.It provides a basis for the theory and practical use of the north east company’s future crude oil inventory development. |
