With the increase of civil aviation development rate and flight density,flight delays are common,a large number of passengers are trapped in the terminal.Frequent passenger incidents occur in various places,resulting in varying degrees of economic losses,threatening lives and bringing negative impacts on the society.Passenger dissatisfaction after a flight delay may well lead to mass incidents,and impact on the normal operation of airports and airlines,even threat to the safety of aircraft.How to effectively prevent the occurrence of mass incidents has become a top priority.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of emotion on behavior of passengers during the flight delay and try to put forward the measures of passenger management in boarding area.First of all,according to the related theories and measurement methods of emotional contagion,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of emotion contagion and designs the questionnaire based on the emotion contagion scale.The use of SPSS software for confirmatory factor analysis to explore the influencing factors of emotional sensitivity,thus starting with the fishbone chart of individual conflicts,based on the theory of social combustion framework for the formation of group events model.In order to explore the influence of emotion in group behavior,and based on threshold model of collective behavior,this paper simulates the gathering behavior of passengers in the boarding area by combining with the measurement data of passenger's emotion susceptibility and the behavioral threshold model of passenger aggregation.Set different obstacles in the simulated area to explore the effect of the layout of obstacles on group behavior.Through the simulation of MATLAB,it is found that emotions have a clear transfer function in the passenger gathering process,and the horizontal obstacles can effectively hinder the gathering behavior.Finally,according to the results of the study put forward boarding area stranded passenger management strategies.
