Fleet optimization and route scheduling are the most important problems faced by airlines for operating cost optimization.The essence of optimization and scheduling is to meet the needs of passengers,then use fleet resources to allocate and plan reasonably,so as to minimize the total operation cost of the company.Aiming at the problem of airline fleet optimization and route scheduling problems,this paper first constructs a fleet optimization efficiency evaluation model with the delay cost,time cost and the minimum fuel cost.In the constraint model,a fleet optimization model is built with constraints such as route coverage constraint,airline passenger demand constraint and continuous flight restrictions.Firstly,the optimization efficiency evaluation model of the fleet is built with the delay cost,the time cost and the minimum fuel cost.In the constraint model,a fleet optimization model is constructed with consideration of the constraints of route coverage constraints,airline passenger demand constraints and continuous flight restrictions.Then,combining the actual operation situation of airlines,the passenger spillover and recapture are considered.Simplified it as the cost of passenger spillover,then the objective function of the route scheduling model is constructed with the optimization efficiency evaluation model;Finally,use genetic algorithm to solve that two models respectively then programming calculations of that.Using airline data to verify the case,we get the optimized fleet configuration plan and scheduling plan separately.Through the sensitivity analysis of each cost,we describe the effect of cost fluctuation on total cost.The results of the above comparison show that: the optimized results of the fleet optimization model and the route scheduling model can effectively save the cost for the airline.And prove the applicability and feasibility of that two model,which has a certain reality.
