The commercial bank is the most important financial intermediary service institution in the society. For the whole society, the emergence and development of banks will help to improve the welfare level of the whole society. Now,China's economy is in structural transformation. The commercial banks are facing the challenge of how to improve their business efficiency. In this paper, two methods are used to evaluate the efficiency, and the non-parametric DEA method and the parameter method SFA are combined to enhance the reliability and robustness of the evaluation results.Based on the empirical model of the Tobit model, the influencing factors of the operating efficiency of the commercial banks are analyzed, and the reliability of the results is verified by the robustness test. The research sample is 2007-2017 years of 15 listed commercial banks. In the ownership structure, the ownership concentration of the state-owned commercial banks is higher. In terms of asset liability ratio, the overall asset liability ratio of commercial banks in China fluctuated within the range of 93%-95%.In terms of capital adequacy ratio, the capital adequacy ratio of commercial banks in China changed between 12%-14%,and after 2009,the capital adequacy ratio increased steadily.State owned five major commercial banks have higher capital adequacy ratio and smaller operating risk.In terms of operating efficiency, using random boundary analysis SFA to measure the operational efficiency of commercial banks in China, the operating efficiency of five state-owned commercial banks has a small fluctuation. In the DEA comprehensive efficiency under the assumption of investment guidance and constant scale compensation, the comprehensive efficiency of the state-owned holding commercial banks is low.The comprehensive efficiency of commercial banks is relatively high, which is close to 1.When the bank shares are relatively scattered, and there is a mutual balance between the major shareholders of the bank, the commercial banks are very efficient. The increase in the proportion of the state and state-owned legal persons to the banks is not conducive to the promotion of commercial banks' efficiency. Both the asset liability ratio and the capital adequacy ratio have a negative impact on the promotion of bank efficiency.China's commercial banks need(1)to maintain the ratio of equity capital to debt capital within a reasonable range.(2)to avoid excessive concentration of shares and avoid excessive concentration of industrial resources.(3)to increase the marketcompetition of the banking industry and avoid the low efficiency caused by monopoly.(4)to eliminate the restrictions on the entry of the banking industry and allow private enterprise entities with the ability to control the risk of risk to enter the banking industry. The existing research on the capital structure of commercial banks has been quite mature, and the possible academic contribution of this paper is that this paper uses the frontier analysis method to measure the efficiency of business and combines the two methods of non parametric DEA method and parameter SFA to make a comprehensive measurement of the business efficiency of commercial banks and more accurately quantify the operating efficiency level. This paper selects 2007-2017 commercial banks to analyze the data, making the measurement results and related suggestions more timeliness and reference value.
