With the development of the market economy,the bank,as a powerful lever for the efficient operation of the market economy,plays an irreplaceable role.Industrial banks appears,the competition is becoming intense,in order to achieve something in the current market economy,industrial banks must have a strong market competitiveness.Banks need to properly manage human resources.The core of the human resource management is the salary design,the key of salary design is the design of the salary incentive mechanism.Only the reasonable salary incentive mechanism can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff.In this paper,the design of Commercial Bank salary system research at home and abroad at the same time,combined with the compensation and incentive theory,analyses the current situation of Taiyuan joint-stock commercial bank industrial Bank incentive mechanism,to find out the problems and analyses.This paper use based on a comprehensive summary of the Industrial Bank of the existing mechanisms,using the sample data analysis method is effective on the incentive mechanism of the statistical analysis,the results showed that the incentive mechanism is not perfect the existing industrial bank,causing the bank to the emergence of the phenomenon of single business model,personnel mobility,teamwork ability;statistical analysis results show at present,there are many factors affecting the salary level of the banks,and they can not reflect the real situation of the banks in isolation;showing theweak correlation between the salary level of development banks at this stage all levels of personnel,improve the salary level of bank does not guarantee to achieve sustainable and healthy development,incentive effect is poor.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of part of the bank's key positions,formulate long-term incentive mechanism for different salary,only between different positions of distinction,and we should closely combine the skills,labor costs,job ethics and staff salaries of every position,and strive to inspire employees' potential for innovation and give enough promotions,to cultivate employee sense of ownership,in order to ensure that all staff working enthusiasm and team collaboration,helpful for the long-term development of the bank.
