Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Bank Supervision In China

As an important regulatory tool for the government’s financial market and banking supervision system,the state-owned commercial banks play an irreplaceable role in the development of China’s national economy.With the continuous reform and development of China’s financial market,and the rapid innovation of Internet financial derivatives,it is even more important to supervise the state-owned commercial banks.In this context,the study on the supervision of the Agricultural Bank of Chinese will help banks to adapt to the characteristics of the new era of market,and help banks to accept the Internet financial market brings various challenges.In this paper,taking the Agricultural Bank China as an example,firstly,the domestic and foreign scholars in the field of banking supervision research are reviewed,and an overview of the theory of banking supervision,the theoretical basis for this study are provided.Secondly,the supervision of the current development of China’s state-owned commercial banks are analyzed,the problems in the process of supervision by state-owned commercial banks are pointed out,and under this background,the status quo of China Agricultural Bank Supervision are analyzed,the related problems of the regulatory process are pointed out,the regulatory model lags behind the development needs of the financial market supervision,information disclosure management is not in place,supervision methods are too traditional and the bank’s internal supervision mechanism is not perfect.Finally,some suggestions to improve Chinese Agricultural Bank Supervision are put forward,according to the market demand to optimize the mode of bank supervision,strengthen the banking supervision of information disclosure,strengthen the innovation and development of perfect supervision mode and strengthen the internal supervision mechanism of commercial banks,improve the internal supervision system,optimize the ownership structure of banks.
