At present,with the further development in socialist market economy and gradually opening up of the China's refined oil market,the multinational refined oil companies,private owned refined oil sales enterprises,state-owned refined oil business has formed a situation of tripartite confrontation pattern in their daily operation.Under the fierce competition in the market,Sinopec A Company as a traditional state-owned refined oil sales enterprise is facing the huge challenges of survival,especially in recent few years,with the double impact in the international environment changes and domestic economic slowing down,demands of refined oil transition gradually from the rapid increase in the past to basically goes to the smooth and steady trend.Under this market environment and the phenomenon of customer loss obviously,the management and maintaining of customer relationship are extremely important.Based on the above situation,after a brief introduction of Sinopec Sales Company A,the article gives a deep analysis of the current customer relationship management of A company and finds out the existing problems in customer relationship management,and then starting from the theory and practical point of view,provides the suggestions and solutions in order to achieve the purpose of enlarging sales volume and improving the sales efficiency for A company,but also gives valued experience and reference to other refined oil products sales enterprises.
