| Under the modern market economy,the gap in service level and product quality between enterprises has gradually narrowed with the rapid development of science and technology,and product price competition has become the primary factor affecting product sales.Most of the previous dual-channel pricing and profit calculations were based on the premise that the delivery volume was equal to the demand,and did not consider logistics costs.This article adopts the strategy of logistics cooperation and calculates the distribution volume separately and uses it to calculate product pricing and profit.This article does the following research for calculating product pricing:Firstly,the background and significance of the paper’s research are expounded,and the domestic and international status of the two-stage pricing and logistics distribution model are reviewed.Second,analyze the characteristics of the three logistics distribution modes at the current stage,their respective advantages and disadvantages,scope of application and storage category.Explains the logistics distribution characteristics of Uniqlo,and proposes the “logistics cooperation” strategy of integrating online and offline and delivering goods to physical stores in advance in light of the problems in its distribution.Secondly,before the merchandise sales period,according to the Bayesian demand information update and the newsboy model,the merchant’s expected profit function is established,and the relationship between the two stages of distribution volume is calculated and the first stage is calculated by using an example.The delivery volume is 1.1773,and the second phase delivery volume is 0.5117,which lays the foundation for the calculation of the total profit of the supply chain.Then,during the formal sale of goods,a consumer utility function was established based on the construction of a two-stage sales dual-channel supply chain model,so that the distribution of consumers was discussed in consideration of the proportion of customers deviating from the ideal expectations,according to different The pricing range gets two pricing ranges.Then calculate the pricing of manufacturers and retailers and the total profits of the supply chain under centralized and decentralized decisions,respectively.The effect of the change in unit production cost and the proportion of customers deviating from ideal expectations on the profit in the supply chain was analyzed.Since the profit of decentralized decision-making in the first interval is not optimal,a return policy is used to coordinate this situation.Analyzes changes in demand after returning and changes in returns,and calculates supply chain pricing decisions.MATLB calculations show that the supply chain is better than the original supply chain under the decentralized decision. |
