The Application Of Geophysical Prospecting Methods On Liuying Quartz Vein Type Gold Deposit Prospecting In Hebei Province

Liuying gold deposit locates in the middle of the northern Hebei North China Taipei margin-a mine in western Liaoning,this deposit was found in recent years,a typical quartz vein type gold deposit.It occurs in biotite plagioclase gneiss and plagioclase-hornblende gneiss of Dantazi group,Archean.The ore bodies distribution of veins and lens.Wall rocks suffered extensive alteration,mainly as potassic,silicification,sericitization and carbonatation.At the base of comparative analysis of typical quartz vein type gold deposit's geologic features and geochemical ore-prospecting models at home and abroad,we summarized the features of ore-bearing layer,structure,magmatic rock,ore-body,ore,wall rock alteration,geophysical and ore-finding indexes.In the area,pyrite,pyrrhotite,chalcopyrite,galena,sphalerite with gold mineralization are of relatively high polarizability,pyrrhotite showed strongly magnetic response.So,it is obvious differences anomaly cause by metallogenic or non-metallogenic.The application of induced polarization method,resistivity method and high precision magnetic measurement with theoretical and practical significance in the research area.Carried out the high precision magnetic measurement induced polarization intermediate gradient scan in the range of 1.76km~2 mining area of Liuying golddeposit,and scale is 1:2000,network is 20m×10m.For 3 large scale anomalies and 9 small scale anomalies were circled.?,?and?were marked by features of ore-generating anomaly and the anomalous features are obvious,outlines are regular,distribution ranges are large,and centers are clear.The anomalies are relative to surface structure-alteration-fragmentation belt,auriferous quartz veins and reflecte features of gold ore-formation or ore body.Through the comparison between the measured data and Geological interpretation of the plan of Liuying gold deposit.We predicated 3 mineralization bodies.The mineralization bodies are 300~750m long,0.5~2.5m wide and 2~250m deep.Extends to depth along 500m along tendency.Preliminary prediction has potential gold resource in Liuying gold area.Suggestions on that,carry out going a step further deep drilling exploration for geophysical result.Intuitive and then expose the ore body.
