Based on the current development trend and problems in nitrogen pollution, selecting representative areas in fluvo-aquic soil of Hebei plain, screened the ammonifying bacteria, nitrifying bacteria and heterotrophic nitrification to aerobic denitrification, analyzed it and made 16 S rDNA identification, selected the most suitable strains and then made bacterial agent,as well as the optimization of carrier materials.Discussed the implications of nitrogen in soil by adding screening strains and antagonistic fungus for short-term drip irrigation of cabbage, and made phospholipid fatty acids analysis of soil samples, understanding of microbial biomass and community structure changes, providing the appropriate basis for its role in the nitrogen transport and transformation in fluvo-aquic soil of Hebei plain. Results of screening strains: From Renqiu soil,10 species of functional bacteria,Ningjin soil of 11 species,Fucheng soil 14 species. Most of these strains are Gram positive bacteria, analyzed the three nitrogen degradation situations, elected 8 efficient strains: nitrification bacteria for NX1,FX1 and RX2(such as ammonia nitrogen degradation rate can be 38% for NX1 in 48 h),ammonifying bacteria for NA2 and NA1(such as ammonia nitrogen rises 1 711% for NA2 in 48 h),Heterotrophic nitrification to aerobic denitrification bacteria for RT2,FT2 and FT5(the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is 21% for FT2 in 24 h,and nitrate degradation rate is 367% for RT2 in 48 h),analyzed all the 16 S rDNA of thus eight strains,it showed that all have similarities and homogeneity of 99% and above with the related functional microorganisms.Bacteria agent showed that, considering microbial activity and microbial degradation and synthesis rates, for NX1 bacterium agent, ammonia nitrogen degradation rate could reach 56% with diatomite as carrier, the RX2 bacterium agent, synthetic rate of nitrate could reach 126% with diatomite as carrier, for NA2 bacterium agent, the ammonia nitrogen could rise 2 475% of the original enrichment with diatomite as carrier, for FT5 bacterium agent, after 30 days, nitrate nitrogen degradation rate remains at about 213%.Results showed that the diatomaceous earth carrier is better, microbial degradation rate and activity are higher and more stable,in the course of three months of normal temperature preservation, the 40 th day is the most suitable.Soil experiments showed that after the addition of screening strains,Overall, the effect of degradation of soil total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen is better, the nitrification is stronger, the soil microbial biomass increases and has a larger amplitude,it could reach the peak content of microbes in earlier time, improve the soil biological environment and the microorganisms are activity.Study on ammonia oxidation and denitrification processes and related functions of microorganisms in fluvo-aquic soil of Hebei plain through biological and physical-chemical methods, revealing the transfer and transformation mechanism of nitrogen in fluvo-aquic soil of Hebei plain from microbes, providing scientific basis for soil and groundwater pollution control in Hebei plain.
