Growth environment of Ginseng requires special,artificial cultivation of ginseng mainly situated in Changbai Mountains,And now many forests were cut down so as to get high yield led to forest damage,environmental destruction and soil erosion.In order to preclude the phenomenon,promotion of ginseng cultivation on farmland is the national policy being implemented which changed the traditional model of ginseng cultivation after deforestation,and the land contradiction between forest and ginseng was solved.Undoubtedly,the problem facing is to replace ginseng cultivation after deforestation requires increasing agricultural productivity and quality.The current study was mainly used the traditional way of cultivation to separate rhizosphere and endophyte bacteria from ginseng cultivation after deforestation and on farmland,combined with the specific screening and identification method to obtain strains for promoting growth,and bacterial species were analyzed of two cultivation method as well as effect on bacterial species of promoting growth between them,which lay the foundation for further study of ginseng cultivation on farmland.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The combinations of surface disinfection with the best effect and the least injure endophyte bacteria for ginseng root,stem and leaf are as follows respectively,root:75%ethanol(2min)+0.1%tween20(2min)+4%sodium hypochlorite(5min);stem:0.1%tween20(1.5min)+4%sodium hypochlorite(3min);leaves:75%ethanol(1min)+4%sodium hypochlorite(2min).2.Totally 30 strains were isolated from deforestation ginseng samples,which belongs to Bacillus,Stenotrophomonas,Pseudomonas,Kocuria,Pantoea,sphingosine Bacillus,pale spp,Erwinia,Rhizobium,genus Microbacterium,Enterobacter and Arthrobacter add up to 22 species of 12 genus.Likewise,26 strains were isolated from Farmland ginseng samples,which belongs to Bacillus,Stenotrophomonas spp.,Enterobacter,Pseudomonas,Pan genus Rhizobium,genus sphingosine,pale Bacillus,the genus Microbacterium,Arthrobacter.Erwinia,and Kocuria add up to 23 species of 12 genus based on sequence analysis.3.All the bacterial strains were screen one by one,of which 14 producing siderophore,10 dissolving phosphorus and 11 producing IAA from deforestation ginseng.Likewise,11 producing siderophore,8 dissolving phosphorus,9 producing IAA from farmland ginseng.5.The strain T11,209,115 were all capable of producing siderophore,IAA and dissolving phosphorus from two or more functions.
