Atrazine is an commonly used herbicide in nonirrigated farmland and chlorpyrifos is commonly used insecticides,which two are both belong to environmental hormone and have greater toxicity to animals as common pesticides.There has not been reported related to carp early development in all the studies about atrazine and chlorpyrifos.In this paper,by using carp as model animal,our purpose is to explore that in different concentration conditions,the effects of atrazine,chlorpyrifos and the mixture of the two to carps' embryonic development,reproduction development,FSH,LH mRNA gonad expression and antioxidant capacity at different growth period.What's more,it' s useful to provide basis for the research of atrazine and chlorpyrifos toxicology and provide reference to the control to quality of raising of fish-will and protect to water environment.The results of the experiment are as follows:1.When the concentration of ATR and the mixture of A-C is above 50?g · L-1,and which of CPF is above 25?g · L-1,the death rate of period from carps' embryonic to early application of fry,is obviously increase than control group?p<0.05?.When the concentration is above 50?g · L-1,the teratogenesis effects of ATR,CPF and their mixture to the period from carps' embryonic to early application of fry are obvious?p<0.05?.2.After the observation of organization structure,we found that testes of the control group of 120d and 240d are respectively at the beginning of the third period and the forth period and the testes in treatment group is smaller and its development is slow,whose development rate has negative correlation to treat concentration.When the control group is at 120d and 240d,ovary is respectively at ?++ period and ? period.Compared with control group on the same day of age,the degree of development of treatment group is higher,but the volume of ovary through anatomy is smaller than control group,whose development rate has negative correlation to treat concentration.3.Compared with control group,when the concentration of ATR,CPF and their mixture is respectively above 100?25?100?g·L-1,SOD activity of fry after hatching is all obviously decreasing?p<0.05?.When the concentration is respectively above 100?50?50?g · L-1,CAT activity of larvae after hatching is all obviously decreasing?p<0.05?.When the concentration is respectively above50?25?25?g · L-1,GPx activity of larvae after hatching is all obviously decreasing?p<0.05?.4.Compared with control group,through the determination of advanced fry infected at 45d,results show that when the concentration of ATR,CPF and their mixture is respectively above5.100?50?50?g · L-1,SOD activity of advanced fry is all obviously decreasing?p<0.05?.When the concentration is respectively above 100?100?50pg · L-1,CAT activity of advanced fry is all obviously decreasing?p<0.05?.When the concentration is respectively above 100?50?100?g · L-1,GPx activity of advanced fry is all obviously decreasing?p<0.05?.in three batches of samples at 15d,30d and 45d,SOD,CAT and GPx activity is decreasing overall and their sensitivity of medicine is of different degrees.5.Compared with control group,when the concentration of ATR,CPF and their mixture is respectively above 100?58?56?g · L-1,,SOD activity of fishes' gonad in juvenile carp feed is all obviously decreasing?p<0.05?.When the concentration is respectively above 214?58?5.65?g · L-1,CAT activity of fishes' gonad in juvenile carp feed is all obviously decreasing?p<0.05?.When the concentration is respectively above 2140?5.80?5.65?g · L-1,GPx activity of fishes' gonad in juvenile carp feed is all obviously decreasing?p<0.05?.6.Compared with control group,the expression level of FSH mRNA in male and female gonad tissue in ATR,A-C,CPF treatment groups is obviously increasing?P<0.05?,and expression levels of FSH in ATR,A-C,CPF treatment groups are decreasing.Compared with control group,the expression level of LH mRNA in male and female gonad tissue in ATR,A-C,CPF treatment groups is obviously increasing?P<0.05?,and expression levels of LH in ATR,A-C,CPF treatment groups are decreasing.To sum up,atrazine and chlorphrifos have teratogenic and lethal effects to carps' embryonic development and the influence acts on different periods.They affect antioxidant capacity of carps'tissues in the body and have peroxide stress.Under the influence of atrazine and chlorphrifos,the expression of FSH is promoted in carps'gonad tissue and the expression of LH mRNA is control.Through the effect to sex hormone secretion,female carps' gonad growth is promoted and male carps' gonad development is control.
