Study On The Association Between Ant And Aphid Of Shiwandanshan In Guangxi,China

In order to investigate the relationship between ants and aphids on the phylogeny and evolution,we collected ants and aphids specimens from shiwandashan,Guangxi in September 2013 and August 2015,identified them and analyzed the species composition.On COI and 28S barcode,we constructed COI,28S,COI + 28S three joint datasets,the resulting sequence of base-composition analysis using Neighbor Joining(NJ)and Maximum Parsimony(MP)methods and comparative analysis with the phylogenetic tree of aphids,the main results of this study were as follows:(1)The results of the species composition analysis from two times collection showed,that not all the ants associated with aphids,only the Pseudomyrmecinae,Dolichoderinae,Ponerinae,Myrmicinae and Formicinae had associations with aphids.Comparing the two times,it was found that species composition was insignificant,indicating that the ants visit aphids behavior will not be affected by collected time,but by aphids honeydew excreted tropism.(2)The chosed two barcodes were easier to obtain,but 28S had a higher success rate acquisition.Although the 28S gene fragment had more variation sites and differences in length,but it was also a strong conservative,suitable for advanced taxa phylogenetic analysis.(3)All the same species of the ants can form a stable development branch in the twelve phylogenetic trees,the relationship at different taxonomic was not obvious,there was no clear,unified phylogenetic relationships.(4)Comparative analysis with the phylogenetic trees of ants and aphids,it was found that no one to one correlation in phylogenetically,their relationship was dispersion,illustrated the relationship symbiotic relationship with ant-aphid replaced and the expansion were present,which was to improve aphid species richness had a significant impact.(5)Though the four figures of comparison relationship can be found,there was a certain relationship in Dolichoderinae and Aphis,it revealed the presence of co-evolution of the relationship between ants and aphids.
