In recent years,with the rapid development of eco-toxicological and the biological toxicity testing towards the security of water quality biological toxicity testing has gradually become an important supplement to physical and chemical analysis,and a vital method to estimating the security of eco-toxicological.This paper mainly analyzes the toxicity of the typical industrial effluents in watershed and the acute and chronic surface water.The samples of waste water comes from the manufactory of paper and pulping bamboo ware,leather and fabric food and beverage,metallic mineral products and biological pharmacy.There are altogether about 23 enterprises among 6 kinds of industries.This paper has selected 6 water quality monitoring sections of the surface water section,which are Lao shi kan,Tang pu,Di pu,Chai tang bu,Yu bu bridge and Jing wan.This paper aims at conducting the test towards the acute and chronic toxicities of the waste water and the surface water,through the toxicity test for zebrafish embryo,Daphnia magna and luminous bacterium,and the molecular toxicology testing.The result shows that organisms at all trophic levels have different sensibility towards different industries,namely selective sensibility.It is much stronger to every organism in the experiment,that the acute toxicity or the zebra fish chronic toxicity taken from the waste water of the industries of leather textile,Metal and mineral products.The toxicity of the waste water is comparatively lower in the manufacture of bamboo,paper,and food and beverage.The testing result of the surface water shows that the toxicity testing has no obvious acute and chronic toxicity.The result of molecular toxicology testing shows that the water quality of upstream and downstream has a certain impact towards the gene expression of zebrafish.Meanwhile,this kind of impact is related with the testing location in the watershed.The toxic pollutant in downstream has obvious stress to zebrafish.The pollutant has impact the nervous system,cardiovascular system and the development of the liver of zebrafish,through acting on ion channels,neural pathway,hormone pathway,or the metabolism of the nutriments.This kind of impact will also cause zebrafish to produce stress reaction.
