In this paper,measured anion concentration of 4 families 14 kinds of functional plant normal and pulsed electric field stimulation,studied the multiplier effect of different plants release negative ions in the pulse electrical stimulation;and choose to release negative ions multiplier effect significant pulsed electrical stimulation plants to explore plant ability to release negative ions relationship with its own photosynthesis intensity physical activity indicators and external light intensity.Results are as follows:1.Measured concentration of negative ions 4 Section 14 kinds of functional types of plants and pulsed electric field normalThere was a significant difference(P = 0.000<0.001)among 14 kinds of plants under normal anion concentrations.Phnom Penh,the highest concentration of negative ions released agave for 357 ion.cm-3;silver edge tequila followed for 288 ion.cm-3;Changsheng ball weakest ability to release negative ions for 32 ion.cm-3.8kV pulse electric field there were significant differences(P?0.000<0.001)at 14 plant species concentration of negative ions.The highest concentration of negative ions released tequila Phnom Penh for 13006522ion.cm-3;silver edge tequila followed for 8555078ion.cm-3;Phnom Penh Sansevieria ability to release negative ions in the weakest for 13630 ion.cm-3.The same plant in the multiplier effect 8kV pulsed electric field stimulation than the normal release negative ions significantly,compared with the normal Agave americana 8kV pulsed electric field at the most significant multiplier effects,the multiplier times the value 36363.93.The multiplier effect of different levels of the plant in descending order:Agave americana>silver edge agave>Cactus>spider>Aloe>Schlumbergera>Rattus palm>Changsheng ball>Ophiopogon>schlumbergera>Cave evergreen>calla>Syngonium>Phnom Penh Sansevieria.Anion concentration of negative ions released by plants in normal pulsed electric field concentration 8KV release under anion release was a significant multiplier effect(P = 0.006,P =0.001)positive correlation coefficient of 0.773,0.692.2.Three kinds of illumination on the ability of plants releasing negative ions in pulsed electric fieldDark treatment,the concentration of negative ions are released by plants with extended test time and a corresponding decline.In 240h experiment,each plant the highest concentration of negative ions and the rate of decline began to decrease the time were:Agave americana 62.1%,125h,aloe 69.1%,140h,cactus 85.5%,180h.Under different light treatment,the concentration of negative ions are released each plant with extended illumination time and continues to rise,increasing the concentration of negative ions with light intensity then decreased.When the illumination 137201x,Phnom Penh agave and aloe appear highest concentration of negative ions,and the concentration of the largest increase rate were 8.8,8.4.When the illumination 74601x,the cactus appear highest concentration of negative ions value,the maximum concentration increase rate was 8.1;anion concentration tequila Phnom Penh to a peak after about 200h stable aloe peak concentration occurs in about significantly(P<0.05)correlation,wherein the silver side of the agave reached a significant level(p = 0.004<0.05)correlation coefficient was 0.951.Plant antioxidant enzymes system-SOD,CAT and POD activity and lipid peroxidation products MDA membrane plant for the ability to release negative ions and no significant effect.
