DongPu Depression is located in the central plains region in our country.The crustal structure is relatively complete.It is a typical sedimentary basin based on tertiary deposits.Its geothermal energy type is sedimentary's.Select heat storge method to calculate geothermal resources.The total amount of DongPu's geothermal anomaly area is 61×1016KJ,equivalenting to 20.75billion tons of standard coal.The recoverable amount is 1525102.34×1011KJ,equivalenting ot 5.187 billion tons of standard coal.Its geothermal water resource is 2370749.23×1011KJ,equivalenting to 8.064 billion tons of standard coal.This paper analyse the waste heat utilization and using the abandoned wells to get geothermal energy.Petrasim and MATLAB software is used to simulating the utilizing abandoned wells.Multiple injection-production patterns is more effective than the single injection-production well patterns.But the single is more secure and less influence than the multiple.According to the basic geothermal conditions,the favorable regions of geothermal energy are Meng Gangji,Wen Liu and Qiao Kou areas,whose geothermal gradients are higher than others.
