Water is the most precious natural resources in the Northwest Territories,it is one of the most active and sensitive factor in the ecological environment.Deficiency and uneven distribution of water resources restricts the area of economic and social development.However,in recent years,with the western development process,solve water resources development and ecological environment has become a top priority for sustainable development.Therefore,the impact on human activities on groundwater dynamics.Discussion on Ecological and Environmental Effects of changes in the groundwater regime,It has important theoretical significance and practical value for the sustainable use and ecological protection of groundwater resources Chaiwopu.From the perspective of groundwater circulation Chaiwopu departure,For2008--2012 Groundwater equalization calculation,determining groundwater proportionate factors,Combined 2008--2012 Groundwater Dynamic Changes,Groundwater situation of ecological environmental effect,identify important factors affecting the ecological deterioration and to explore effective mitigation and control ecology program.The main findings are as follows:(1)Through dynamic analysis to identify groundwater,groundwater dynamic factors are:river infiltration and man-made exploitation.(2)From the viewpoint of groundwater balance,according to the district hydrogeological conditions and data,groundwater system is divided into two sub-regions,were calculated and analyzed,the results showed that for many years was a negative Chaiwopu groundwater balance,and dynamic analysis of groundwater decline for many years the same conclusion(3)Through Chaiwopu basin balanced computing for years,rainfall recharge is127.66×10~4m~3,Piedmont Recharge is 1966.88×10~4m~3,river Recharge is 10361.84×10~4m~3,reservoir leakage is 1710.8×10~4m~3,canal infiltration recharge is2050.93×10~4m~3,field recharge is 2121.27×10~4m~3,well recharge is 264.23×10~4m~3,industrial and domestic water supply leakage is 52.86×10~4m~3,the total area of recharge Chaiwopu is 18655.93×10~4m~3;excretion items for many years diving evaporation,spring excretion,labor exploitation and lateral runoff excretion were:2024.56×10~4m~3?4976.7×10~4m~3?8403.18×10~4m~3?5633.46×10~4m~3,total excretion of is 21043.05×10~4m~3.Calculated by groundwater reservoir variables for Chaiwopu basin years is-2387.97×10~4m~3.
