Volcanic Facies And Volcanic Edifices Studies Of Mesozoic In Halah,inner Mongolia

The Mesozoic volcano rocks in Xilinguole Meng Dongwuzhumuqinqi Halate Inner Mongolia,located in the middle of the Greater Khingan Range volcano belt,Mesozoic volcanic eruption strongly and frequently,volcanic rocks are widely distributed,volcanic lithofacies development is complete,with typical volcanic mechanism.The V-grade volcanic mechanism along a certain direction in groups,constitute the volcanic eruption basin.The Mesozoic volcanic rocks in the study area are Manketouebo,manitu,baiyingaolao group three volcano rock strata,Manketouebo(J3mk):The lower part is the the volcanic clastic sedimentary rock,The upper segment is the acidic volcanic rock segment,Rhyolite is the main lithology.Manitu:(J3mn): The lower part is Volcanic clastic sedimentary rock.The upper segment is neutral volcanic rock and intermediate acidic volcanic rock..Andesite and trachyandesite are the main lithologies.baiyingaolao(K1b): he lower part is Volcanic clastic sedimentary rock.The upper segment is the acidic volcanic rock segment.Rhyolite is the main lithology.Through the study of the characteristics of the rock assemblage,the macroscopic topography,the occurrence and spatial distribution characteristics of the strata in this area,Preliminarily determined the Volcanic eruption center.then divided the lithofacies.Recognized seven types of lithofacies :Caving accumulation phase,Debris flow accumulation phase,Empty fall accumulation phase,Eruption phase,The volcano channel phase,Latent volcanic phase,Volcanic eruption – deposition phase.According to the characteristics of the lithology rocks,geological structure and the spatial distribution characteristics of volcanic structure,the volcanic structure in the study area is divided into ? and ? two levels of volcanism.? level volcanic structure has 3 types,Including eruption basin,eruption and so on.? level volcanic structure has 13 types,Including shield volcano,layered volcano,volcanic eruption center and so on.Through the research of facies and volcanic edifice,find out the basic rock associations of the Mesozoic volcanic rocks,lithofacies characteristics and volcanic activity characteristics and regularity,in order to provide a basis for the study of volcanic tectonic environment in this area.Through of Inner Mongolia Halate Mesozoic volcanic rock lithology-lithofacies-volcanic mechanism research,The author found 7 types of volcanic facies.According to the characteristics of rock,and its space distribution and ring fracture,fracture,radiate to restore the ancient volcanic institutions in this region.The investigation and restoration of the volcanic mechanism is helpful for the further study of the characteristics of the geology and mineral resources in the area.
