Based on the traditional method of probability analysis of seismic hazard and the method of probability analysis of seismic hazard,this paper considers the spatial distribution of potential seismic source(the epicenter distance and depth),the nature of the potential seismic source(focal mechanism),and the type of incident seismic waves(P,S wave).The article analysis may suffer from ground motions relative to the size of the peak acceleration of three orthogonal component and its probability in a certain period of time,and put forward seismic risk probability analysis method which considers the site ground motion peak acceleration in the direction.This method is applied in tianshui which may suffer from the earthquake impact assessment in future,and try to provide ground three-component seismic peak acceleration and its probability for the parameter of seismic risk of engineering earthquake and seismic analysis of geological disasters in a certain period.The proposed analysis method fully considers the tianshui earthquake zone seismic geological characteristics and seismicity,statistics all the seismicity parameters in seismic zone and potential earthquake source.The potential source area of tianshui city is divided into 8 different directions(8 angles).Use the ground motion attenuation relation in the western area of China,and count the peak acceleration of the potential source each direction.Then,according to the position(Angle domain)representative of potential seismic source parameters,calculate the peak ground motion acceleration three-component relative size of tianshui in a certain period of different azimuth,and apply them to calculate the seismic peak acceleration corresponding to a given probability of different component.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)the method of probability analysis of seismic hazard in the direction of peak acceleration is proposed.(2)considering geological characteristics and seismic activity of the tianshui earthquake influence area,analyze that the potential seismic source each azimuth of tianshui may cause the the three-component peak acceleration of unit ground motions of relative strength and its probability.(3)complete the corresponding eight directions of potential earthquake source in a certain period of time and a given probability 10% of tianshui three-component seismic peak acceleration series of seismic hazard maps(eight directions,three components,a total of 24 pictures).
