China's villages and towns distribute widely.Debris flow,earthquake,rain and snow,landslides and other natural disasters occur frequently in rural area.Due to the lack of infrastructure and infrastructure in the villages and towns,the ability of comprehensive disaster prevention is ineffective.Once a disaster occurs,it will cause huge direct or indirect human and economic losses.Therefore,it is necessary to study the method of disaster resistance evaluation of village and village buildings,and provide guidance for scientifically organizing the implementation of disaster prevention planning in villages and towns.This paper aims at constructing the model and method for the evaluation of disaster resistance of villages and towns.This paper studies the evaluation model of the disaster resistance of village and village buildings,constructs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the disaster resistance of village and village buildings,and then applies it to the town of Songbai town in ShenNongJia forest area as an example to provide a demonstration for the popularization and application of model method.The main works and conclusions of paper are reproduced below.(1)This paper analyzes the evaluation indexes of the evaluation of the disaster resistance of the villages and towns of the three aspects of the building's own disaster-resisting ability,social factors and the spatial distribution of buildings.Based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the fuhzzy comprehensive evaluation model of village building disaster resistance is established,and the weight of the evaluation index is determined by gray correlation analysis and AHP.This paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the disaster resistance of the villages and towns.And by using the spatial data management,analysis and mapping capabilities of ArcGIS software,we can complete the evaluation and zoning of the disaster resistance of the villages and towns and realize its information and visualization.(2)Landslide hazard zoning is the basis of evaluation of landslide resistance in mountainous villages and towns.Analyzed and study the distribution of architectural space in the evaluation index system of village and village buildings.The distribution of buildings in the geological hazard area has certain influence on the disaster resilience of the village and town buildings,and the risk assessment and zoning of the urban and rural geological disasters need to be combined with the space of the village buildings Distribution using ArcGIS software to get the distribution of dangerous areas of urban construction geological hazards.Taking the geological disasters of the town of Songbai town in Shennongjia forest area as the research object,based on the topography,strati graphic lithology,geological structure,hydrological conditions and human engineering activities,the landslide hazard evaluation index system was constructed by using the landslide geological hazard as the object of study.The grid risk weighting of the landslide hazard is weighted and the weight of the evaluation factor is determined by gray relational analysis.The landslide risk assessment of the town of Songbai town is completed,and the landslide Risk zoning map.The high risk area of the landslide in the town of Songbai Town is mainly distributed in the northern part of the Qingyang River and its principal tributaries on both sides of the highway and the northern part of the highway area.The landslide disaster area in the area is the most developed and dangerous area.Few,low-risk areas are not promoted for landslide hazard.(3)Taking the construction of Songbai Township in Shennongjia Forest Area as the research object,based on the building's own disaster resilience,social factors and architectural spatial distribution,the evaluation index system of building disaster resistance is constructed,and the structure of building structure,building layer,building maintenance state,population density,building density and building danger zone are selected as pine and cypress The evaluation index of the disaster resistance ability of the town and township construction is used to extract and analyze the data of the evaluation factor using ArcGIS software.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of building disaster resistance in the town of Songbai town,ArcGIS software is used to complete the zoning map of the disaster resistance of village and town buildings,and the town of Songbai town is obtained by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of village and town building disaster resistance capacity.In this paper,GIS is introduced into the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the disaster resistance of urban buildings and landslides.It realizes the information and visualization of evaluation,and provides scientific basis for landslide disaster prevention planning in mountainous villages and towns.
