Owing to its unique ecological environment, unique biosynthetic pathways in the formation of long-term natural selection process, and its metabolites with diverse structural types, complex characteristics of skeleton novel,a variety of biological activity,Endophytic fungi is an important source of lead compounds of drugs. The secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungi of two strains of salt tolerance in plants were studied by the endophytic fungus HHL-lOlPestalotiopsis sp. and rhizophorastylosa Bermuda endophytic fungi Aspergillus fumigatus Aspergillus expanded fermentation, using semi preparative high performance liquid chromatography, silica gel column, reverse phase silica gel column, Sephadex C18 column Sephadex LH-20, preparative thin-layer chromatography and recrystallization method, isolated 19 compounds, UV,IR, analyzed by NMR, MS and literature comparison, structures of 19 compounds were identified, including Xinhua compound 2, were obtained for the first time to set the secondary metabolites the hair from the world of Rhizophora stylosa cinerea. This paper from Rhizophora stylosa Pestalotiopsis HHL-101 (Pestalotiopsis sp.)separated from the 11 compounds W1 W2, W3, W4, W5, W6 strain fermentation broth by spectroscopy (EI-MS, HRMS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DEPT, 1H-1HCOSY, HSQC, H1MBC)analysis and literature comparison, determine which W4 W5, W9, W10 for W6 for sterols,terpenoids,W7, W8, W1, W2 lactones and W3 pyrone compounds, wherein Wl and W2 are new compounds, for the first time from Rhizophora stylosa Pestalotia to isolated bacteria. Metabolites of Endophytic Fungi from Aspergillus fumigatus in Bermuda, separated from the 8 compounds analyzed by spectroscopic techniques and literature comparison to determine which W19 sterols, W17 is two formic acid butyl ester, W12,W13, W14, W15, W16, W18 for ergot alkaloids compounds with biological ergot alkaloids the activity and development of a wide range of active drug potential, have a positive significance in medicine and other aspects, will be an important source of bioactive products or the development of new drugs.Fatty acid fingerprint of Pestalotiopsis and Aspergillus fiumigatus were established by GC-MS to analyze the volatile constituents of GC-MS and its metabolites, identification of components, tools can be used for classification of these two strains of bacteria source in the future.
