Research On The Impact Of Multi-team Cooperation And Knowledge Communication On Team Performance Based On Multi-agent System

In VUCA era,enterprises must focus on the dynamic changes of the external environment,and constantly monitor their strategy and tactics,and keep adjusting their operation and development direction.That's means the enterprise must establish a highly efficient and flexible team assembly and coordination mechanisms,continue to optimize the team structure based on the market demand,ensure the competitive advantage,Deal with the challenges from the external environment.Therefore,Many Internet companies have set up multi-team system,looking for breakthrough.But multi-team system puts forward high demands on the enterprise,especially on their team construction ability and knowledge communication ability.This paper,based on ABM technology,research the enterprise multi-team Synergy mechanism and communicative processes of knowledge,the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Systematically summed up and summarized the ABM technology and its application in the field of management.(2)Applied the ABM technology in the research of the team process,built the model of the impact of multi-team synergy mechanism and the communicative processes of knowledge on team performance,used the model to designed three experiment,found a positive correlation between the multi-team synergy mechanism and the team performance,a positive correlation between the communicative processes of knowledge and the team performance.
