Crustal deformation measurement is an important method for studying crust deformation and tide.It plays a significant role in geodynamics and earthquake prognostic observation.In this paper,designing a detection device of water tube tiltmeter is used to detect the input and output signals.Taking advantage of the detection device gets the transfer function and the sensitivity of deformation instrument.It provides a reference to design the crustal deformation measurement standard,and it is useful for deformation instrument testing technology research.Water tube tiltmeter is a precision deformation of the instrument,susceptible to temperature,pressure,humidity and external interference.The detection environment has a very high demand,while the detection equipment also has a higher accuracy requirements.The structure and working principle of the water tube tiltmeter are analyzed,and the detection principle and method of partial parameter test are expounded.Although partial parameters can test the sensitivity and calculate the transfer function,this method undermines the integrity of the structure of water tube tiltmeter,and the parameters can only reflect some of instrument performance indicators.According to the existing test method,a new test method of water tube tiltmeter,machine test method,is introduced.This method uses the calibration source to generate the step signal or sinusoidal signal,detecting the input of the micro displacement platform through the laser interferometer and recording output of the water tube tiltmeter by the analog recorder.Taking advantage of the recorded data gets the key parameters of water tube tiltmeter.The whole system of the water tube tiltmeter is designed,and the design index of the detection platform is pointed out,and the functional requirements of the whole machine detection system are clarified.The detection platform is a "three-stage" structure in which the bowl and the calibration device of the plumbing instrument are regarded as three parts of each other and a micro-device is placed under each section.The design of the micro-movement device is divided into gear type and piezoelectric ceramic type.Gear drive type includes single-chip control system and mechanical transmission system,through the single-chip controlling to achieve the amount of step output.Piezoelectric ceramic device includes the power controller part and the piezoelectric ceramic protection device,through the computer software to select the step output or sinusoidal output,to achieve the calibration of the detection system.Because the design of the detection system involves the mechanical part and the circuit part,there will be the corresponding error.The error of the system is mainly based on the analysis of the micro-displacement.The error of the device based on the gear transmission is divided into the transmission error and the return difference.For the errors,the main error sources are from the manufacturing error and the assembly error.Since they obey the normal distribution or the Rayleigh distribution,the Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the two error sources.According to the "3?" principle,the distribution range of the error is obtained.
