Highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI)?Newcastle disease(ND)?Food and month disease(O-FMD)? Classical swine fever(CSF)? Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)are prescribed as the first class infectious diseases of animals in China with an awful harm and infectivity.Vaccine immunization is the important method to prevent and control the infectious diseases,and the evaluation of vaccine mainly depends on detecting immune antibody levels.Scientific immune antibody detection can test the immune loopholes in time,ensure the the quality of immunization and avoid causing the large economic loss.In summary,immune antibody detection is of great significance to promote the healthy development of livestock and poultry feeding and maintain public health.In order to evaluate the vaccine immunization effect of HPAI,ND,O-FMD,CSF and PRRS from 2010 to 2015,5783 chickens,672 ducks,230 geese,30 quails,and 5736 pig serum samples were collected in this study.The hematopoietic and hemagglutination inhibition test was used to detect the HPAI and ND immune effects of chickens,ducks and quails,the indirect hemagglutination test was used to detect the immune effect of O-FMD and CSF,and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the immunological effect of PRRS.The immune antibody levels of five diseases were analyzed from different years,different ages and different feeding scales.The result were as follows:1.From 2010 to 2015,The pass rate range of HPAI was from 78.58% to 90.10%,and the average pass rate was 82.70%;the pass rate range of ND was from 81.10% to 100.00%,and the average pass rate was 89.35%;the pass rate range of O-FMD was from 88.61% to 92.47%,and the average pass rate was 91.13%;the pass rate range of CSF was from 70.46% to 95.45%,and the average pass rate was 88.93%;the pass rate range of PRRS was from 69.35% to 92.02%,and the average pass rate was 82.55%.2.In the different ages,The pass rate range of HPAI was from 72.03% to 99.17%,and the average pass rate was 90.15%;the pass rate range of ND was from 76.29% to 98.44%,and the average pass rate was 89.11%;the pass rate range of O-FMD was from60.89% to 98.75%,and the average pass rate was 84.06%;the pass rate range of CSF was from 60.89% to 98.75%,and the average pass rate was 84.06%;the pass rate range of PRRS was from 68.30% to 99.87%,and the average pass rate was 82.59%.3.Under different feeding scales,the pass rate range of HPAI was from 72.90% to91.13%,and the average pass rate was 85.42%;the pass rate range of ND was from 69.47% to 92.36%,and the average pass rate was 89.11%;the pass rate range of O-FMD was from 53.98% to 86.73%,and the average pass rate was 91.13%;the pass rate range of CSF was from 85.06% to 89.38%,and the average pass rate was 87.15%;the pass rate range of PRRS was from 72.57% to 91.25%,and the average pass rate was 82.33%.The above results indicated that;1.HPAI,ND,O-FMD,CSF and PRRS had good immune effects overall.Meanwhile,the average immune antibody pass rates of them were higher than 80%,which were up to the standard made by Ministry of Agriculture.2.From 2010 to 2015 years,HPAI,ND,O-FMD,CSF and PRRS had good immune effects,which have reached the national standard,but the pass rate of immune antibody does not increase or decrease with increasing number of years.At the same time,there is no significant difference in the qualified rate of immune antibody detection in each years.3.HPAI and ND had good immunization effect,the pass rates of antibody detection were higher than the national standard,and rose gradually with increasing age.While O-FMD,CSF and PRRS had poor immune effect in low age group(less than 100 days),and the pass rates of antibody immunity were lower than the national standard.The qualified rates of immune antibody exceeded the standard and were not fluctuated distinctly under the other ages.4.The HPAI and ND immune effects were good under all the feeding scales.The pass rates of them were also exceed the national standard and the rates were proportional to feeding scales approximately.O-FMD,CSF and PRRS had good immunization effect as well under the feeding scales,which pass rate were higher than standard,but the pass rates were less affected by the farming scales.
