With the global warming trend and the acceleration of urbanization process,more and more sudden natural disasters,meteorological disasters are more and more frequent.As a new type of social media,Micro-blog can help to share information anytime,anywhere.It plays an important role in sudden disaster information dissemination.This paper focuses on the temporal and spatial characteristics of micro-blog user group public behavior patterns under severe weather conditions.Using the micro-blog data acquisition system to obtain the January 19 to 27 of the cold wave micro-blog data and 2016 years September 12 to September 21 Typhoon Morlandi micro-blog data,the comprehensive use of nuclear density analysis method,hot Analysis and point density analysis methods,honeycomb analysis methods,clustering and outliers analysis methods and temporal GIS and other methods for comprehensive analysis.This paper discusses the temporal and spatial analysis of Geographical indications of the cold wave disaster in January 2016 of hefei city and the Temporal and Spatial Semantic Analysis of micro-blog without Geographical Labeling of the Morlandi Typhoon in September 2016,and provides a reference for the disaster prevention and mitigation of sudden meteorological disasters.The main conclusions are the following:(1)During the cold wave,micro-blog release volume reached its peak on the 20 th,and gradually showed a downward trend.Indicating that changes in micro-blog and cold weather events are closely related.In the day,the micro-blog of the period 4(18:20 to 23:59:59)reaches the maximum,because this stage is the main time period for dining and leisure shopping.In the space analysis,micro-blog release mainly concentrated in the business district,schools and other people flow-intensive areas,in Hefei Railway Station,Hefei South Railway Station,a ring within the campus concentration area,the government culture area near the Swan Lake,Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street,University City Emerald Lake,Lake Wanda City and other regions.Through the geographical discussion of the thermal geography,it is found that the cold wave disaster is closely related to the geographical space.(2)In the temporal and spatial analysis of the data of the cold wave micro-blog,from the period 1(0:00 0 to 5:59:59)to the period 4,the ring and the second ring are micro-blog release high degree of aggregation and gathering direction,There is a tendency to move to the southwest and south.Period 4 is the highest time for micro-blog users to distribute density.From time period 1 to period 4 micro-blog release users mainly concentrated in a ring around the second ring,there is not much room for the change,indicating the existence of concentrated consumption and living near the phenomenon.In the working days and rest days,micro-blog release are relatively concentrated and stable.In the word cloud,"snow","tremble","cold" and "frozen" and other related hot spots,indicating that the cold wave disaster has been a great deal of attention.(3)In the Typhoon Morlandi time analysis,before September 15 micro-blog volume gradually increased and reached its peak on the 15 th,from the 15 th began to decline.The distribution of keywords that is related topics in time is not uniform,but are concentrated in one or several crests,the trend is consistent,indicating that the relevant topic of the key words in different periods of time its frequency has a certain Similarity.From the gender point of view,there is a certain difference in male and female micro-blog users attention,on the whole,male micro-blog users higher than female micro-blog users,but the trend is consistent.(4)Through the typhoon information during the micro-blog information and information aggregation,the micro-blog information is divided into disaster description,public demand and mitigation measures three categories.Through the names of the words cloud map,found that the most serious damage to typhoons concentrated in the southeast coastal areas of China,mainly in Fujian,Guangdong,followed by Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Jiangxi,Anhui.Fujian Province is the most affected province in the typhoon Morandi,the province of Xiamen,Quanzhou,Zhangzhou,Jinjiang is the most affected areas.(5)Simulated the trajectory of Morlandi typhoon and found that the typhoon coincided with the reality of the typhoon affected areas,and Fujian is the most affected Province,Guangdong and Zhejiang Province also suffered serious losses.Indicating that the contents of typhoon micro-blog to a certain extent,can verify the typhoon disaster situation and typhoon affected areas,according to micro-blog this social media to carry out disaster monitoring method is effective and feasible.
